Seller Comments: This is a custom hand beaded and embroidered couture gown created by one of the finest designers in South Africa - couture designer Warrick Gautier. Per the designer Warrick Gautier, "the gown was created and inspired by the African rising sun, a unique ode to the culture of Africa, and executed in a very sophisticated glamorous and modern way."
This one of a kind piece is hand made and "each bead and crystal was hand dyed to the exact color fade required to achieve the overall look. The unique floral and wave patterns were created and shaded accordingly to resemble the African rising sun. The finest crystals, beads and bullion metal gold thread was used in the embroidery, all hand made into the finest tulle.
This gown is being sold as part of an insurance claim. Due to its customized It was reported that the artist's heel ripped a section of the gown, while on set.
