2 settembre . - Questo articolo è soggetto a una imposta sulle vendite pari a Ohio a meno che, durante il Pagamento dell’articolo, non venga messa a disposizione una prova di esenzione o una dichiarazione di spedizione da parte del vettore a un altro Stato.
- Il pagamento può essere effettuato tramite bonifico bancario (consigliato) o carta di credito (nel caso in cui il totale del pagamento sia pari o inferiore a $5,000).
- Tutte le offerte sono obbligatorie e non possono essere ritirate. Il mancato pagamento completo risulterà in una Predefinito Tassa.

Dettagli sulla spedizione e il ritiro
You must call at least 24 hours in advance to schedule pickup. Hours are Mon-Fri (8am - 2pm EST).
Buyer must contact the ODOT employee listed and make an appointment for pick-up. Any item that is not picked up within the (10) ten calendar days of the auction date will be considered abandoned and re-sold by the State of Ohio. All abandonments are non-refundable.
For titled items: Once payment for item is received, a Release Form will be sent to the Buyer. Once the vehicles/equipment are physically removed from ODOT property, ODOT will mail the title to the Buyer via USPS Certified Mail.
Items auctioned are for pickup only.
Packaging, shipping and removal are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Buyer is responsible for all costs related to transporting the item.
Employees may not aid in the removal process.
No exceptions will be considered.
